On pick-up order, top on one dish was not sealed and top half of container was cracked so the juice leaked in bag and soak rice containers. Ordered extra sweet and sour sauce, was assured it was in there, but it was not. I called and WAS OFFERED to replace those dishes so appreciate that GOOD SERVICE and the FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

Asked for extra brown ginger got none got no salad ginger dressing food was good everything sadly looked a mess

The food was very good.I ordered online and my experience was very good.

Food was okay.
I assumed the Chinese food we ordered would come with white rice, but the only rice we received was the extra fried rice I paid for.
Part of our order was missing so I had to drive back and pick it up.

Unfortunately, my experience was not so favorable.
Found a dead roach on the counter, underneath my plate. Didn't get better. There were pieces of food left on the grill from previous seating. Floors were very dirty and seemed as they didn't clean thoroughly between seatings. There was a group seated with our party of eight, and sadly the place settings were not removed when party was relocated. For such a beautiful restaurant and great hibachi show, management and staff didn't care about appearance of dining areas. Management comped some drinks but didn't make up for poor cleaning habits.
